Not long after California regulators fined the fancy self-described natural foods grocery $800K for overcharging they are under investigation again, in New York City. Regulators called it record making egregious and “the worst case of overcharges they’ve ever seen”. That’s quite an accomplishment in the Big Apple, home of the heavy thumb-on-the-scale.
